☆ When will you ship my order/how long will it take to arrive?

For non preorder items I usually ship within 2 weeks! Please understand that this timeframe may fluctuate depending on how many orders I have or on personal circumstances, as I am just one person handling this shop. If you have any concerns or want an order status update, please feel free to message me using the contact form or directly via my email ([email protected]).

Actual shipping times vary, but after an item is shipped it'll usually arrive within 3-5 days for US orders, and within 2-4 weeks for international orders.

These are pre-COVID time estimates, so please keep in mind that postal services are experiencing lots of delays during this time. International orders are especially affected - please allow up to 8 weeks from the shipping date and if you still have not received your order by then, please contact me!

☆ Can I add an item/items to an already existing order?

If I haven't finished packaging/shipping out your order yet, yes! Please use the contact form or send me an email directly ([email protected]) with your order info to confirm.

If over 48 hours pass and you haven't received a response from me, please contact me again!

☆ What postal service do you use/where do you ship from?

Orders will be shipped from California, USA, and I use USPS to ship packages! Most packages will ship via USPS Ground Advantage (a new mail class which recently replaced USPS First Class Packages, more info here). This service comes with tracking and up to $100 shipping insurance.

For orders to Canada, I ship via Ascendia USA. Orders are fully tracked and come with shipping insurance.

☆ Why are my charms scratched? Or why do my charms look dull/like they have a frosted white layer over them?

That is because there is a plastic protective film still on them! Sometimes the film is clear, sometimes it's a semi-translucent white film. Any scratches are only on the surface of the plastic covering and if you peel the covering off, your charms should be in perfect condition!

I do peel some of my charms to spot check quality, but most of the time I leave the covering on for an extra added layer of protection during storage and shipment of the charms.

If you want to receive your charms with the protective layer already peeled off, leave a note with your order!

Can I request a different clasp for my charm?

I know some specialty clasps* can be small and/or difficult to use so if you'd like for me to swap out a specialty clasp for a silver lobster clasp or gold/silver U clasps, I can certainly do that! I can also add the lobster or U clasp to the charm (instead of swapping out the clasps, so you'll still get the specialty clasp). Just let me know in the order notes!

Due to limited availability, I will not swap one specialty clasp for another, and I will not swap a lobster or U clasp for a specialty clasp.

*Examples include tentacle, wing, and fish clasps. For these purposes, this also includes standard shaped clasps like hearts, moons, stars, flowers, etc..

☆ What if I have a problem with my order?

I'm happy to work with you to reach a resolution if there are problems with your order (ex. the items arrived damaged, estimated shipping time has passed but your order has not arrived, etc.)!! Please use the contact form or email me and let me know what the problem is.

For a faster resolution, include your order information (the name used in the shipping address, email, order number) in your message.

If the item arrived damaged, please keep all of the shipping/packaging material and send me photos of the damaged packaging and product. This is very important for filing the insurance claim!

☆ Will you mark my order as a gift on a customs form (for international shipments)?

No, I will not mark your order as a gift. Before you pleace your order, please be aware of your country's import taxes; you, as the buyer, are responsible for paying any customs and import taxes.

☆ Will you be restocking ___ item?

That depends on the item and amount of interest I receive for it! If you want to ask me about specific items, I'm more than happy to tell you if I have any plans to restock them or not.

I've also made an Instagram account for my merch, where I'll be posting about planned restocks, new items, and shop updates!!

☆ ...why is the upper limit price range for some of your items $6969?

HOO BOY basically it's there to hide specific product options! No item actually costs $6969, hahaha

Can I tag you in a picture of my order from your shop?

Yes!!!!!!! I love being tagged in merch haul pics (and it gives me the added peace of mind knowing that your order has reached you safely)!
